2. Services Overview

We specialize in personalized, culturally-immersive travel experiences in western China. All tours are designed and led by Jinxin Kang and his partner, who holds 22 years of professional English guiding experience, along with official roles including Vice Chairman of the Dunhuang Museum Council and interpreter for the Dunhuang Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

· A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

· Full payment must be completed at least 14 days before the tour start date.

· Payments can be made via bank transfer.

· Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Cancellation made 30 days or more before the tour: full refund (excluding deposit).

· Cancellation made less than 15 days before the tour: no refund.

· We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

5. Health & Fitness Requirements

· Some tours involve walking over uneven terrain, desert hiking, or visiting high-altitude areas.

· It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate.

· Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking.

· We may decline participation if we reasonably believe the tour poses a risk to your health or safety.

6. Client Responsibilities

· You must carry valid travel documents, insurance, and any required medications.

· Respect local customs, cultural heritage sites, and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

· We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and satisfaction, we shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, except where mandated by law.
